How much laundry is in a pound?
It obviously varies, but it's not unusual for there to be 15 pounds of laundry in a standard basket.
Do you have a minimum pickup amount?
We will pick up any amount of laundry, but our minimum order charge is $20.
Can I request special detergent such as fragrance free?
Absolutely - when you set up your profile there are options for how you want us to do your laundry, such as "fragrance free" or "no bleach". If you have any one off requests different to your profile, simply enter them when scheduling a pick up and they will apply to that order only.
How modern is your equipment?
We are constantly updating our machines and currently have a mix of brand new and 5 year old machines. We tend to use the brand new for our wash dry and fold orders as they are most efficient. Our capacity ranges from 16 pound to 40 pound machines.
Can I get my order rushed back?
Yes. We can do a rush order if you select that option when scheduling the pickup. An additional fess of $15 is applied to cover this service.
Do you require a contract?
We would love to have you as a customer for life, but you can use us once, twice of 24 times a year - there is no long term contract so it's what ever suits you.
What areas do you serve?
Right now, mainly Dedham, Newton and West Roxbury. If you live elsewhere and are interested in using us, please fill out the Contact Us form and we will be in touch.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Accidents happen, so if there is an issue, we will do everything reasonably within our power to make things right. There is a phone number and email contact info on our site which are the first steps in letting us know about the issue.
What forms of payment do you take?
For delivery customers we take all types of credit card. In store we can also accept cash.
